Shrinking Tunnels

Steam tunnels are film shrinking equipment adapted to line speed.

We support sleeving applicators from 2,000-50,000 bph.

The tunnels are selected according to the customer's needs and capabilities. We distinguish between steam, electric and IR panel tunnels.

The tunnel design is modular and can be adapted to project requirements such as speed, product sizes, sleeve materials, changeover time and budget.
This modularity makes it easy to upgrade the shrink tunnel in the field to accommodate higher speeds and a wider range of products.

The tunnel can be equipped with a system that allows full changeover, including changing nozzle positions, without having to enter the tunnel.

The tunnel can be equipped with windows for visual monitoring of the shrinking process.
