Gravity, vacuum and weighing pourers equipped with many modern solutions for the accuracy of bottling and ease of changes of produced products. The latest types of closers that allow the application of new types of caps.

Package labeling using the full range of available labeling methods and package banding. To improve the image of products, they are now decorated with additional materials. For this purpose, we offer a range of cap applicators that will provide packaging with additional utility and marketing advantages.

Packing of bottles in various systems, including automatic application of partitions on wrap-around machines and in the traditional system.

    An important step to enable automatic bottling and packaging with higher capacities of bottles with complex shapes is a new line concept that ensures that bottles are transported with appropriate breaks. The system ensures that packages are guided through critical zones in a safe manner.

BREWING INDUSTRY

The increase in consumption of the "Golden Liquor" results in the continuous development and growth of beer production. Modernization of brewing equipment and processes is taking place, with improvements in efficiency and quality. Today's bottling lines require reliable equipment, modern control systems and flexible solutions, due to the need to respond quickly to market needs. To meet these expectations and needs, we offer effective solutions for in-pack pasteurization, packaging, inspection and package drying.

Our proposal is aimed at very large and smaller production plants. For all plants, we offer tunnel pasteurizers, drying systems, handle applicators, labeling and sleevelling systems.

The pasteurizers used are equipped with the latest solutions and are present in many plants also in Poland. The drying systems have unique airknives module solutions and multiple versions that we can configure freely. Trial versions allow verification of dehumidification efficiency. For smaller production facilities, we offer complete bottling lines.
