Twist-Off Capping Machines

Linear automatic capping machine is designed for the vacuum sealing, by insufflation of steam into the head space of glass containers with T.O. (Twist-Off®) and P.T. (Press-On Twist-Off®) cap.

With appropriate tools the machine can process Twist-Off® caps of the following size: 27-38, 43-63, 53-89 (standard) and 100-110.

The range of machines includes three different types of machines, according to the customer’s production requirements:

  • FL-150 (up to 150 jpm)
  • FL-350 (up to 350 jpm)
  • FL-500 (up to 500 jpm)

KEY FEATURES:

  • Entirely made of AISI 304 and 316L stainless steel
  • Magnetic vertical caps feeder
  • No format parts for the range of TO caps 53-89
  • Complemented (on request) by vacuum detector placed at a suitable distance behind the closing machine for detection and rejection of packages without a lid and without vacuum.
